I cannot even get into it, but UPS has horrible customer service and 10 days later, my package is being returned to its shipper (I was told on Tuesday it was lost “and that just sometimes happens…”)

They don’t ring the bell, they don’t call the phone number posted on the door (which I have noticed all up and down the block), they don’t leave a note… NOTHING.

I AM SO FURIOUS WITH THEM.
